Quantity Surveying

Quantity Surveying is the primary area of activity for Shanley Brennan Associates Ltd.  We undertake Quantity Surveying Services on behalf of public & private sector clients, developers, contractors/sub-contractors and financial institutions, tailoring our services to suit each entity, both within Ireland and the UK.  We are members of the following Institutions:

Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSi),

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE)

We are also entered on the Register for Quantity Surveyors under the Building Control Act 2007, and  compliant with Regulation 2 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 – 2013.
