We provided full Quantity Surveying Services for demolition, alteration and extension works over 3 phases to the existing live supermarket.  The completed works incorporated the addition of shop floor space, mezzanine storage space, escape access routes, together with alterations to existing offices and staff facilities, including all associated siteworks, carpark upgrading and existing live drainage upgrading at Athy, Co. Kildare

As the supermarket remained open and trading throughout the construction period, all works were carefully phased and coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations and customer access
