Project : North Arklow Solar Farm

Description :
The North Arklow Solar Farm, currently under construction, will have an installed capacity of 62 MW and is expected to become operational in 2026, generating enough renewable energy to power over 22,000 homes. We are providing full Quantity Surveying Services to the concrete, formwork, and reinforcement contractor, supporting the delivery of all ancillary buildings, equipment bases, sumps, and firewalls critical to the project’s successful completion.

Project : Solar Farm – Garreenleen, Carlow
Client :
Description :
Phase 1 of the Garreenleen Solar Farm will deliver 81 MW of renewable energy and is scheduled to become operational in 2026, providing clean power to over 29,000 homes. We provided full Quantity Surveying Services to the concrete, formwork, and reinforcement contractor, supporting the delivery of all ancillary buildings, equipment bases, sumps, and firewalls integral to the project’s successful construction.

Description :
As part of the Talbot Hotel Collections Green Policy to reduce their carbon footprint and combat climate change, PV Solar Panels have been installed on the rooftops of many of their hotels. Our team provided comprehensive Quantity Surveying Services in support of this project.

Project : PV Solar Panels – Pettitt’s SuperValu

As part of Pettitt’s SuperValu’s ‘Building Sustainable Communities’ initiative, delivered in partnership with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland’s (SEAI) Better Energy Communities scheme, PV Solar Panels have been installed on the rooftops of all Pettitt’s SuperValu Stores. Our team provided comprehensive Quantity Surveying Services in support of this project.
