Refurbishment and adaptive reuse of a protected three-storey building to create Camida Ltd’s new headquarters. Works included full internal and external renovation, structural strengthening, new M&E installations, and restoration of key heritage features.
We provided full Quantity Surveying Services within a Traditional Procurement route, including cost planning, procurement, and financial management. The project delivered modern open-plan offices, meeting suites, a full glazed lift shaft, and landscaped areas while preserving the building’s historic character.
Carried out on a constrained urban site, with potential flood risk the works required careful coordination and phasing to achieve timely, cost-effective completion.

Refurbishment and expansion of the historic Georgian townhouse at No. 3 Anglesea Street, Clonmel, completed to deliver additional high‑quality office space for Camida Ltd. Works comprised full internal reconfiguration, conservation‑led restoration of the protected structure, modern M&E installations (including an air‑to‑water heat pump), and a new terrace link to the adjoining building.
We provided full Quantity Surveying Services under a Traditional Procurement route, encompassing cost planning, procurement advice, and financial control. The project was executed on a constrained town‑centre site, requiring detailed site logistics planning, including pedestrian management, night‑deliveries, and close coordination with surrounding businesses.
Notably, the main contractor Frank C. Murray & Sons Construction Ltd. received a prestigious Irish Construction Excellence Awards (ICE) in 2025, recognising the excellence of the delivery team and supporting our client’s confidence in quality and performance.
